TEHBYN NOVA

Who is Tehbyn Nova?

Tehbyn Nova is an accomplished Australian entrepreneur, business owner and operator specialising in company growth, operations, technology enablement and AI implementation. Winning Young Entrepreneur of the Year at 22, he has received media and industry recognition for his early start in the Australian business scene.

In 2023, Tehbyn completed his first exit as a partner and co-owner of Instyle Solar, selling the business to Hanwha Energy Australia, part of Hanwha Group, for an undisclosed eight-figure sum.

As co-founder of DFRNT Group, his focus is the growth and performance of a portfolio of home services and trades businesses. The approach brings together commercial strategy, operational leadership and technology to build stronger, more scalable companies.

DFRNT Group

DFRNT Group acquires and partners with businesses across home services and trades. Company ownership is supported by active involvement in growth and operations, from customer acquisition and sales performance to pricing, service delivery and management reporting.

Growth, operations and technology

The starting point is the business: its commercial opportunities, operational constraints and capacity to grow. Strategy, customer acquisition, sales, pricing and delivery are treated as connected parts of company performance.

Technology enablement and AI implementation support that work. Better data, connected systems and practical automation can improve decision-making, reduce administrative work and give teams the capacity to manage a larger business.
